Bright blue skies, pleasant temperatures between 25-29 degrees celsius, as well as fresh mountain air will do you a world of good! In these relaxing surroundings there is plenty of space just to relax and unwind.and forget everything, or if you prefer you can be kept busy with all the summer sporting activities. The mountain lakes and rivers are also an ideal playground for families with small children.
There are numerous bicycle and hiking trails in and around the area.
One which should not be missed is the Sigmund Thon Klamm (Gorge). Only 15 minute cycle from our chalet and you will experience a natural phenomenon, where nature and technology meet. Climb to the top of the waterfall on a wooden bridge to a view of the Klammsee – quiet, breathtakingly beautiful, aqua blue water, and take a walk back around the lake.
A visit to the Hydroelectric Powerstation is also interesting, especially for children.
You will notice that many of the hiking routes have been designed with children in mind.
