The Kitzsteinhorn started the ski season with 88cm Snowfall. The Kitzsteinteinhorn is becoming whiter and whiter. The slopes are being prepared and the Fun Park is being built.
Soon all the slopes will be open so there is nothing preventing you from going skiing in November and December.
Skiing on the only glacier in Salzburgerland. This means not only great snow conditions, lovely long wide blue and red slopes but also challenging black and off-piste routes. There is also the Fun Park for snowboarders and fun skiers.
December is significantly quieter, no traffic jams at the ski lift and no overcrowded slopes, especially during the week.
Once you get to the top of the Kitzsteinhorn, visit the Gipfelwelt 3000. From here you have a breathtaking view of the Hohe Tauern.
Do you know what is so good? From CHALET – APART AUSTRIA it is only a 5 to 7 minute walk to the ski bus (70 meters from our chalets) which takes you directly to the Kitzsteinhorn ski lift.
