We had a fantastic week in a very nice apartment. Both the owner and his parents are very friendly people. Jorick gave us lots of tips regarding restaurants, bars, etc. He also helped us a lot with arranging ski lessons for our daughter.
The location is also great, just 5 minutes from Zell am See and 2 minutes from Kaprun.
In short, definitely book your holiday here.

Nice apartment in a central location.
The apartment is fully equipped. Think of a wonderful rain shower and good beds.
Also, good contact with the owners of the apartment; messages were responded to quickly when necessary.
We will definitely come back again.

We had 2 wonderful nights at Apart Smitten. We were thoroughly spoiled by Jeanette. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped.
We were also allowed to use the sauna, which was really lovely.
I would recommend it to everyone, thanks for everything!!!!

Had a wonderful holiday. The details in the apartment are amazing and there is a great atmosphere. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and you are right on the slopes.

In the first week of March we were able to enjoy a holiday in Apart Smitten. A very nice and modern apartment which is fully equipped and also very child-friendly. Centrally located between Kaprun and Zell am See, so all activities are within easy reach.

In July/August 2024 enjoyed this wonderful apartment. Our children also had a great first holiday abroad here. Centrally located, great nature, lots to do in the area, in one word beautiful. Very warmly welcomed by the owners, and you could ask them everything that was nice and fun to do in this area. Even got a souvenir from them to take home, super nice. We will certainly think back to this often and absolutely recommend this apartment. Very nice, clean and especially a lovely rain shower and nice beds. Kind regards, Family Stinissen

Absolutely amazing house 👌🏼 and Jeanette and her family are the sweetest hosts. The location is perfect for skiing in Kaprun and Zell Am See. We had a great holiday 🎿

Super nice apartment, in a perfect location.
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice and cozy furnished. From the apartment you can reach the AreitXpress within 3 minutes by car and Kaprun is also very close. The rain shower is fantastic after a day of skiing and the beds are also very good.
Parking was possible in the driveway in front of the door. There is a separate ski room with heating for ski boots, everything has been thought of.
The owner/host was very friendly and what was also pleasant was the communication before and after, neat, friendly and clear. Highly recommended!

Last week we stayed at Apartment Smitten and it was great! The apartment was new, luxurious and fully equipped. It was less than a minute’s walk to the ski bus and you could easily park in front of the door. We will definitely come back here again!

Onwijs mooi huisje!! Ruimte genoeg voor 6 gasten. Het heeft een prachtige badkamer met een heerlijke douche.
Je auto parkeer je makelijk voor het huis en de ski bus is op 1 minuut lopen.

Very nice apartment. The owners built most of it themselves and you can see that! Beautiful, sleek but still cozy. An eye for detail and layout.

We were here a few weeks ago for a few nights. It was a really lovely, cozy house, exactly what you want when you are in Austria. My six-year-old son was also amazed because there is something active to do everywhere and you can enjoy walking or cycling! I 1000% think this is great even in the winter.

What a wonderful week we had in your house! Everything is included with a wonderful shower. The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very centrally located, so we were able to do a lot. A week was actually too short!

Cozy apartment between Kaprun and Zell am See. It gives you the opportunity to ski in both ski areas. The bus stop is very close to the apartment so you can easily reach both resorts. The owner was very nice and the service was good. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a skiing/hiking holiday.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful architectural style, in a great location. Quickly reach Kaprun or Zell am See with ski bus or car. Had a nice week with four teenagers. The highlight was the bathroom, what a wonderful shower. Furthermore, nice beds, excellent kitchen and very cozy dining table. Wish the landlord Jorik good luck!
