Who are we?
Jos and Jeanette Rood. Habitant in Noord- Holland in Heerhugowaard.
We have a wonderful family of four children, supporters and our fourth small child is on the way. You couldn’t have greater luck.
The whole family loves winter sports. Children, grandchildren and other family members or friends go on a skiing holiday every year. In the meantime, we have all discovered the other seasons as well. We have become true Zell am See-Kaprun fans.
Wij hebben een heerlijk gezin van vier kinderen, aanhang en ons vierde klein kind is op komst. Een groter geluk kan je niet hebben.
De hele familie is gek op de wintersport. Kinderen, kleinkinderen en andere familie leden of vrienden gaan ieder jaar mee op skivakantie. Ondertussen hebben we allemaal ook de andere seizoenen ontdekt. Wij zijn echte Zell am See-Kaprun fans geworden.
In-house
For 30 years we have had a bakery with 8 shops. Hospitality, customer satisfaction was high on our agenda. That experience comes in handy.
January 2018 we sold Bakery Jos Rood BV.
In 2016 bought we our [dreamhouse ]
Together, the whole family and a group of friends have renovated the Chalet. We are proud of it! It has become a beautiful alpine chalet.
We have been able to use our experiences that we had gained in years of renting with a large group. Space was often disappointing, in terms of living space, privacy and the fridge! We paid extra attention to this in our own chalet.
After the renovation, we received the approvals that are mandatory in Austria. The electrical installation, construction and fire safety. Very safe!
Personal and Reliable
We rent out Chalet on the Rood itself. The large rental company has been canceled. This gives us and our guests much more benefits.
